Chalet Ann is located a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Nendaz village centre. The Nendaz free ski bus stops every 20 minutes, 20 metres from the chalet front door. Nendaz has easy access to the extensive 4 Vallees ski area with over 400km of pistes, including the famous Mont Fort area at 3300m and Verbier – some of the world’s best skiing. It caters well for families, with local ski school and beginner slopes in Nendaz and Siviez as well as more advance skiing options, both on and off piste. Nendaz has an ice skating rink and a dedicated sledging area located 15 minutes walk from the chalet, shops and restaurants are a short walk from the chalet.
Nendaz is an excellent summer time base for walking and mountain biking. It is famous for its bisse walks, which can be enjoyed at various levels of altitude and there are extensive mountain bike trails across the 4 Valleys. Bikes can be rented locally. Nendaz also has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a climbing wall 15 minutes walk from the chalet.
